Like the other TT LEGO games recently produced, the game will feature a "central hub", where players can choose to purchase upgrades and select levels to play. New abilities for the characters include squad command, lightsaber slicing, lightsaber jumps, long distance Jedi attacks and grapple tie-ups, picking up droids, and stepping on certain pads in which Jedi perform "combo moves" to destroy certain objects. In the Clone Wars series, nobody carries this weapon.The game includes characters from Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and the Star Wars: The Clone Wars era, as well as some classic characters from The Original Trilogy,a couple from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, and a few from the Star Wars Expanded Universe. In the "Rookies" level, Echo is seen carrying a PLEX rocket launcher.In the television series, HELIOS-3E joins the attack party, while HELIOS-3D watches over the speeder. In the Hostage Crisis level, HELIOS-3D joins the attack party with Cad Bane.In the television series, only Jek carries this weapon. In the "Ambush" level, Thire is seen carrying a Z-6 rotary blaster cannon.In the Geonosian Arena Prologue level, the Reek is not killed by Jango Fett.The IG-86 Sentinel Droid is a variant of Assasin Droid. The unidentified assassin droid that appeared in the hostage crisis is incorrectly named IG-86."The Hidden Enemy" comes before "Ambush"). The sequence of levels are placed out of chronological order (ex.Savage Opress did not make an appearance until season 3, yet he is a playable character.
